Up Down is a simple game that randomly picks a direction, up or down. You must push the corresponding button within the time interval or you lose. If you press the wrong button, you'll lose as well. The game gets faster as you progress, and the time interval resets to a lower initial time every 50 points.

Basic Menu driven.
On History and Examination Screens
- Select - Toggle Between History and Examination
- Long Press Down - Jump a system (e.g. From CVS-> Resp)
- Long Press Up - Jump down a system (e.g. From Resp-> CVS)
