RECOMO is an app that lets you easily record voice memos.

Simply launch the app and speak into it to transcribe up to 137 characters of Japanese or 411 characters of English into text, which is then saved immediately.
Since you can save up to 20 memos, you can instantly record ideas that come to mind, shopping lists, or work notes.

Additionally, the app features the ability to display saved notes as QR codes. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone to easily retrieve and use the recorded text. This reduces the hassle of typing or transcribing notes onto your phone, allowing you to quickly access your notes even when you’re on the go.
