Description
If you like interval running or just want to try it this app is what you need. "IntervalRunning" app helps you to track running phase. Interval running is a series of low- to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. For example you could start with 5 seconds run then do 5 seconds walk, then you take 10 seconds to run and 10 seconds to walk. When you reach one minute counting turns back till 5 seconds. Those parameters could be configured with app settings to fit your needs. Interval training is a technique particularly employed by runners, but athletes in many disciplines use this type of training!
