Description

ForeCal Reloaded is a modern update of the original ForeCal watchface by SeaPea, rebuilt for today’s Pebble and Rebble ecosystem. It keeps the clean, glanceable design while fixing long-standing bugs and adding modern features.

Shows today’s and tomorrow’s weather plus a 3-week calendar at all times. No taps, gestures, or view switching.

NEW IN RELOADED

* Replaced Yahoo! Weather with Open-Meteo (free, no API key)
* NWS weather for the US with automatic fallback elsewhere
* Fixed crashes, startup issues, and display bugs
* Improved sunrise/sunset and day/night switching (by using suncalc.js locally instead of relying on the internet)

REMOTE TIMELINE SYNC
The new Core Devices Pebble app only allows timeline pins to be created by apps running on the watch. To work around this, ForeCal Reloaded can sync timeline pins from a remote endpoint.

* Fetches timeline pins from your own server
* Perfect for syncing calendars, reminders, or automations
* Works with Node-RED or any HTTP backend
* Runs in the watchface so pins stay up to date while it’s visible (on a configurable interval -- always updates immediately when settings are saved for debugging)

ORIGINAL FEATURES

* Time, date, battery, Bluetooth, temperature

* 3-week calendar with configurable layout
* 12/24-hour support and auto temperature units
* Auto-switch to tomorrow’s forecast in the evening
* Optional vibration alerts for Bluetooth
* Automatic or manual day/night color themes
