Initial release of ForeCal Reloaded — a modernized and improved version of the original ForeCal watchface by SeaPea.

What's included:
- Added Open-Meteo weather provider (free, no API key required)
- Added NWS weather provider with automatic fallback outside the USA
- Removed deprecated Yahoo Weather integration
- Fixed issue where 3-digit times (e.g., 1:43) displayed a black “X” placeholder
- Fixed crash that occurred when the watchface loaded after powering on the watch
- Added offline suncalc.js for accurate sunrise/sunset when using NWS
- Improved automatic Day/Night mode using suncalc.js when saving settings
- Added optional remote battery reporting:
  - Sends battery percent and charge state to a configurable endpoint
  - Supports an auth key for integration with Node-RED, Home Assistant, etc.
- General performance and stability improvements

This release establishes the Reloaded edition as a drop-in replacement for the original ForeCal with modern weather support, bug fixes, and new integrations.
