## Talking Clock – English Version

A small, standalone watch application that announces the exact current time in English when the user presses a button or performs a double tap on the screen.

The user can choose which action will trigger the time announcement. For example, the time can be announced by pressing one of the watch buttons or by double-tapping the screen.

### Features

* The application runs entirely on the watch.
* It does **not require a connection to a mobile phone**.
* The current time is announced using the watch's built-in speaker.
* The time is pronounced **in English**.
* The user can choose between the **12-hour and 24-hour formats**.
* The **upper-right button** is used to switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour formats.
* The other available buttons can be selected to announce the current time.
* A **double tap on the screen** can also be used to announce the current time.
* The application announces the **exact current time** according to the watch's internal clock.

### English Voice

This is the English version of the application. All time announcements are spoken in English.

For example:

* **24-hour format:** “It is fourteen thirty-five.”
* **12-hour format:** “It is two thirty-five PM.”

The application should work completely **offline** and independently from any smartphone.

No connection, synchronization, or companion mobile application should be required for the time announcement function.

A simple stopwatch app for timing various everyday tasks. It gives you the ability to start, pause, resume and reset a single timer. Might add lap and multiple timers in the next version.

A Pebble nearby fuel station finder for Europe with price check, which kindly and gratefully uses the ANWB© fuel prices api.
Watch compatibilty: Basalt, Diorite, Emery and Flint.

Features:
⛽ Main screen gets a list of fuel stations with their prices, to a distance up to 3 km aroiund you
⛽ Fuel type can be set in phone setting (E10, Super, Diesel and LPG)
⛽ List setting in phone to cap at 10, 20 or 30 stations.
⛽ On select you get the Details screen with full Address, chosen fuel type Price and Distance
⛽ Select again and a simple map view is shown to give you a rough sense of direction (use actual address for actual navigation). Top is always north
⛽ Map / Detail screen supports advancing to next/previous stations with buttons (or touch on Emery)
⛽ Fully touch compatibel on Emery

I have a Time 2, but none of the others. So Basalt, Diorite and Flint were built on the emulator which doesn't support my map (works fine on my Time 2 hardware but also not on Emery emulator). Directly inspired by the Simple Notes app.  It was just missing 2 features I really wanted.
① Ability to append to notes.
② (and this was the big one)  getting the notes out of the watch so I could use them elsewhere.

This was a quick 10 minute Claude Opus 5.5 implementation with the features desired.   If you don't need or want these features, Simple Notes should be just fine.

Aside from that, the feature list is the same, including the quick action behaviour.

SAM, the 1982 speech synthesizer, sings "One and Only" by rai1367, with a 3D wireframe music video.

It's all made on the watch as it plays: SAM's voice (lead and harmony), the bass and the keys are synthesized live, and the drums are played from six tiny drum hits. Nothing is streamed from your phone. A 3D wireframe music video plays along, timed to the music:

- Karaoke lyrics, word by word, as text or as 3D wireframe letters
- Scenes that change with each part of the song, pulsing to the kick drum and bass
- A robot that lip-syncs to SAM's singing
- Effects set off by the lyrics, including a cameo from the Index 01 ring
- A wireframe Pebble Time 2, made from Core Devices' own CAD models

Controls:
- The song starts when the app opens
- UP / DOWN: volume, in 10% steps
- SELECT: backlight on/off (after the song: play it again)
- Hold SELECT: lyrics as text or 3D wireframe letters

I didn't port over every note, I just got it sounding 'good enough'.

Needs a watch with a speaker: Pebble Time 2 only.
