feature:
1.power safed
2.custom refresh weather frequence
3.smart mode don't refresh weather when each restart time
4.add loading bar on the ceil
5.night save power function
6.auto mode will change refresh frequence dynamic .for examply faster update per 10min for rain snow thunder weather , slow update per 1hour for sunny day.
7.request server don't use weather framework. Also save some power.
