Added Bluetooth status indicator, and battery status indicator. Also added AM/PM indicator for those who prefer a 12 hour clock. For Bluetooth notification, the watch will vibrate with 3 long pulses if disconnected, and 3 short pulses when it reconnects.

Added H & L under the hi and lo temps to avoid confusion, and adjusted their font size to accommodate triple digit temperatures.

Added degree symbol to current temperature. Moved location to just under the date to accommodate the addition of the timestamp for the last update at the lower right of the screen. Also, added code to cleanly display locations without a state code by replacing the state code with the country code in those instances. Replace some text in the conditions and forecast area with abbreviated text to prevent overrun.
