Fixed broken configuration (settings) page
Oops, fixed a bug causing Favourite Verse to be displayed even when disabled!
Verse Of The Day functionality restored.
Added "Favourite Verse" feature - choose which verse you want to see!
Included version abbreviations for copyright compliance.
New settings added to Configuration page:
* Date Format
* Verse Font Size
* Verse Scroll Speed
* Show am/pm (12h format only)
Fixed potential issue with automatic verse updates.
Added Invert Colours option in settings page!
Fixed bug with "Enable light while verse shown" setting.
Added "Vibrate on Bluetooth connect/disconnect" setting.
