Description

Time for a Game?

Displays the current time on a Tic Tac Toe grid. Time is shown in a Ternary format.

Left Column = 9 (3^2)
Middle Column = 3 (3^1)
Right Column = 1 (3^0)

Top Row = Hours
Middle Row = Minutes (Tens)
Bottom Row = Minutes (Ones)

If there's an X, you add the amount for that column. If there's an O you subtract the amount. If there's nothing, do nothing!

Add up all three values for a row to get the time.
