Added support for Pebble 2 and Pebble Time 2.  Removed grey color selection on black and white screens as the numbers and edges did not look right.  Interactive configuration does not work with latest Pebble Clay, so removed this too.

Reworked configuration. Supports configuration when phone not connected to internet. If phone is connected to internet, then configuration changes show on watch interactively. On black and white Pebble screens, foreground & background can be set independently, with additional color for each: grey.
