Description

Sumi Time is a native Pebble Time 2 watchface styled like a small calligraphy scroll (updated to fit all of the Pebble family watches, but tested only on the Pebble Time 2). The time is written in Japanese in a traditional right-to-left vertical composition, with warm parchment, black sumi ink, and a vermilion seal for the weekday.

It follows your system 12- or 24-hour preference. In 12-hour mode it adds 午前 or 午後; at exact hours it omits minutes, and an optional setting can show 半 instead of 三十分 at half past. A compact footer shows the month and day.

On each minute change, the characters appear in a brief brush-writing reveal. Effects and half-past notation can be adjusted from the offline settings page.

Designed specifically for the Pebble Time 2 (Emery) 200×228 color display, but deployed to fit all Pebble family (not tested).
