Touch is now offered wherever the watch reports a touchscreen, rather than on a fixed list of models — so a panel the build config doesn't know about still works, and a watch without one is simply never asked.
Touch corrected against Rebble's touch guide. A quick flick now registers as a swipe rather than a tap; touch is only enabled where the hardware actually has it and the wearer hasn't turned it off; and the sensor is released whenever a screen is left, so it isn't drawing current in the background.
