Bug fixes.
Removed "Loading..." text from weather.
Removed second hand to increase battery life.
Changed weather update to every 15 minutes on the minute (for example: 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45.) Weather also still updates when the watchface reloads from Timeline or another app.
Added step count. Future release will include a setting to turn that off.
Fixed Weather Underground API key bug generating too many requests errorrs.

Added Weather Underground as an option.
Updated configuration page to allow for user WU API key.
