Lots of changes to allow the interface to be different colours. Configuration for text and line colours, background on/off, month-date order, speeding up the boot animation.
Also version for Aplite, which doesn't have a loading animation or thick interface lines because Pebble never got around to porting SDK3 for Aplite so no support for sequence animations or stroke width.
