Improved login stability and fixed a bug that would generate too many login codes. Also improved the icon.

Bug fix - Fixed a nasty bug that could crash the OS when opening chats.
Reverted 2.3 build that had crashes, and rebuilt with the optimizations I implemented for 2.3. Missing feature is gif/video still frame preview.
