Fixed issue with weather updating properly. Added weather update interval settings (15, 30, and 45 minutes).
Added Flick settings, Off will prevent the flick action from displaying the battery and bluetooth, Toggle will display battery and bluetooth, then requires another flick to return to the date and temperature. Auto Hide will show the battery and bluetooth for 4 seconds before returning back to the date and temperature.

1.1  Added battery life and Bluetooth indicator. To activate this simply flick your wrist and the current Bluetooth state and battery life will take place of the Date and Temperature. Flick again to return to the Date and Temperature. The Bluetooth connected vibration is now removed, but the Bluetooth vibration when disconnected will remain the same.
