Changed the premium check location.

If selecting premium features, the face will reset all your settings automatically (just in case you don't end up purchasing the full watchface).  If you buy the product and re-submit your setting, then it should no longer reset anything. I'm working towards a more convenient way around this.

That being said, I've implemented KiezelPay. The face without any bells and whistles is available for free, but if you want the countdown feature, health data, or random team support you will have to pay $1. Future updates might be included in this $1, so buy now to make sure you have the most feature rich face!
