Decreased sensitivity for heart rate mode.
Now the 30s measuring period only occurs once per load of watchface - so if you wish to measure heart rate twice you need to skip to another watchface and back.  This was to avoid issues where in general use the watch kept buzzing unexpectedly.  Also removed buzz on bluetooth disconnect - though that is still visible from the icons.
