Save and show the weather and location onload.
- custom input of default location(city)
- default location only / auto detect
- minor fix for weather location
- fix the bug that hidden weather/location are shown very minute
- fix date display incomplete
- Weather and location are configurable
- Configuration page is based on "slate" style and hosted on "gh-pages" branch.
