TRACK NAMES!

In addition to controlling playback, volume and player, now the track names (and artists) are displayed on screen :)

I'm also adding support for Pebble Time Round. Enjoy and merry christmas :)

- Control the volume from the watch by pressing and holding the middle button
- Choose which player to control from the watch
- Watch now shows the icon of the currently selected player (Icon is now works on OG Pebble)
