V 2.2: Bugs, variables and more - oh my!

Firstly, this update should fix all issues that people were having with being unable to input their full keys into the app.

Secondly and most exciting - there are new "variables" you can input into your triggers, so things like health data and location data. For this reason, the app now asks for some permissions. Hopefully it is useful as some people have asked for the functionality!

Finally, I have added some other fixes and improvements behind the scenes.

V 2.0 - Complete re-write of the original app. This version is way faster to load and should be much better overall. There is now a limit to the number of triggers that can be stored (right now 12, but I will probably change that soon). Also, you will need to re-do your configuration.
