Added support for Pebble firmware V4, Pebble 2 and Quick Views.
Reworked configuration. Supports configuration when phone not connected to internet. If phone is connected to internet, then configuration changes show on watch interactively. On black and white Pebble screens, foreground & background can be set independently, with additional background color: grey.
