Update app and update description

New Years Update!
This update introduces so many changes, the highlights are:
- Fixed connection issue with HERO5
- Made the app a lot faster
- Improved connection to HERO3
- Added HERO+ support again
- Added specific camera modes for HERO4/5 and HERO+
- Probably a lot more...
