Car mode is now remembered between sessions. Workaround for compass bug removed, as the new firmware that fixes it has been our for several weeks now. If you suffer crashes, make sure your firmware is 4.1.x.

Adds a setting that allows Car Mode to default to on or off.

Avoids rounding the distance to an integer twice. Shows any valid speed, no matter how low. Fixes a problem with the message not appearing to say that the new location had been set. Avoids restarting the acquisition process when it's not required.
Finally, provides an easy mechanism for setting favorite locations - simply put a label in the settings field (any text ending in a ":") and the program will append the last acquired location to it. Come on guys, this has to be worth a heart! :-)
Reads the location when shaken along the Y axis if the interval is one minute or more. Accepts lower case n, s, w, e for latitude and longitude.
