Based on Nightface with a couple modifications. 

Wake up the CPU on demand with a flick of the wrist.

Provides Time, Date, Battery level, Bluetooth indicator, and Weather via forecast.io.

Useful with Standby-Mode during bedtime or if you just want to save battery.


Features:
- NEW: All complications' visibility can now be toggled!
- NEW: Support for upcoming pebble Clay JS. Offline Configuration is now supported.
- All complications are updated and displayed on demand, saving CPU cycles.
- A forecast.io API key is required for the weather feature.
- Weather is pulled based on current location and fetches Apparent Temperature (feels like) and Conditions.
- Toggle Celsius/Fahrenheit caters to both Imperial and Metric users.
- Toggle Bluetooth indicators. On flick, vibrate if the watch is not connected to the phone.
