New settings: clock format (24-hour by default, because the hour is the degree; 12-hour; or follow the watch) and the colour of the time digits.
Fixes the map staying on 'loading map...' on real watches: map requests from the watch are now understood by every phone app.
0.1.1: The map now loads reliably on the physical watch over Bluetooth (map data is sent in smaller parts, with automatic re-requests), shows loading progress, and the panel says 'open wilderness' or 'open sea' when no town lies ahead before midnight. New screenshots of all four views (Hour, Now, Day, Globe) and the automatic Day view over open water.
First release: map directions and Auto, four views, place panel with next town, offline time and coordinates.
