Added in function to swap local time from 24h to 12h.
Made some method frequency changes around heart rate sampling, bluetooth polling, and "Flight" telemetry to enhance battery life.
Three dynamic faces:
Office: Prominent Local time with compact Zulu time, date, heart rate, fuel (battery) gauge, steps & goal, METAR flight category, outside air temp, surface wind, and aviation weather codes.
Flight: Activates automatically above 15 mph or through the Force Flight Mode setting. Displays groundspeed, GPS altitude, heading, and live GPS telemetry.
Fueling: Activates automatically while charging and presents battery progress as an aircraft-style fueling operation.
Additional features include:
MPH or knots selection
Cached weather with stale-data indication
Cyan, amber, and red battery alerts
Persistent phone and watch settings
