Color changing is well implemented. 
I think I've squashed a lot of the bugs; if you find something, send the developer an email.
There is one persistent bug I have not fixed: two parts of the user interface will not change color immediately (namely the battery %). Opening and closing the app menu fixes this issue.

I've also included themes in the configuration! Send me an email if you think you've found a good theme that should be added!
