Fixed problem where date was not being displayed on a shake on b&w Pebbles. One of the Pebble firmware updates must have changed image settings.
Reworked configuration. Supports configuration when phone not connected to internet. If phone is connected to internet, then configuration changes show on watch interactively. On black and white Pebble screens, foreground & background can be set independently, with additional color for each: grey.
Adds configuration option to disable the date appearing on shake. This enables the default action of brightening the time display.
Version for all Pebbles (version 1 was private and just for rectangular Pebbles)
