An improved clone of the famous DIGITTMM (by Albert Salamon)

Improvements:
- Much better memory usage (I have redrawn & created ttf from scratch)
- Shake to show battery, bluetooth connectivity, date & weather
- Bluetooth monitoring and Weather update are configurable
