Added more configuration settings:

- Vibrate when settings have been changed
- Option for a battery icon, icon override on charge and <= 20% battery 
- Option for a Subtle battery icon
- Option for icon on bluetooth disconnect
- Option to have vibrate on bluetooth connect/disconnect
- Option to display battery percent in top right corner
- Option to have watch vibrate on the hour or half-hour, within a set period of the day
- Universal setting for quiet hours (no vibrations)
- Version shown on settings page
- Added a PayPal Donate button on the settings page
