You should set a difficulty which is challenging to you but not too hard so you can practice 10-15 minutes, few times per week. You will notice the improvement in a week !

It's an app that can wake you up by its vibration. The interval of its vibration can be customized. By clicking 'UP' or ‘Down’, you can adjust the vibrating interval, and you can press the 'SELECT' button to turn on or off the vibration mode. The battery show in the bar in the bottom.
