Use buttons on rights hand side to toggle up or down with your entries (hold the button to quickly increase/decrease numbers). On some screens (temp basal and insulin) you use the middle button to tab to the next entry (eg insulin tab to put in the 0.25 if your entry was 3.25 and on temp basal tab to go to the number of mins that it is on for) and also use the middle button to submit the data. Left hand button takes you back to previous screen.
