Added configuration menu.
Added vibration optional when tear fall down.
Added acceleration in movement of palette.
Added another mode of play : time play. It's like first version but with time (shown up where lives where in live mode play).
Added multilanguage mode : spanish , english , tagalog and waray (waray still not made, waray is the same as english)
Added time object in time mode. When you get it , time is increased in 15 seconds.
In time mode, every 40 points, time is increased in 15 seconds.

-changed speed of falling tears.
-now two types of objects : black tear and white tear.

First version published. One works running game, high scores not working (it'll work in future).
It's not finished yet, but you can play catching the spots falling and adding score.
It never endings for the moment.
