Fixed issue with time zones in original pebble (aplite) that made the event appear always in UTC time.

- Big reorganization and clean up of the code
- Fixed small issue with the battery status icon not showing always the correct battery value
- Settings: You don't need to give permission of the time to your GCalendar to access the rest of the settings
- Settings: Added setting to indicate a location or use location services from your phone
* Please note that for now you can only see events from your primary calendar. I am working in another setting to be able to select from wich calendars you want to show events but that will be in the next update.
- Fixed annoying bug changing the time of the event randomly to 01:00
- Minor stability improvements
