Changed code to be compatible with SDK 3.0 and added two features:
* Support for Basalt (color)
* Automatic power save:
By default the round in the top is blinking every second. This appears to consume a considerable amount of battery power and doesn't add much functionally to the clock itself but just simulates the original Berliner Uhr.
In this version, the Berliner Uhr goes in power save after being idle for 30 seconds. In power save, the round will only blink every 30 seconds (Off: first 30 seconds of a minute. On: the last 30 seconds of the minute). When the Pebble is tapped, the full simulation will start again and the round will blink every second.
