Added support for Pebble Time 2
Added support for Pebble firmware V4, Pebble 2 and Quick Views. Changed analog hour to move with the minutes, so points between the hour markers. Added color to the hour balloon for color Pebbles.
Requires Pebble firmware v3.9 or later
