Added configuration page so user can select their preferred timezone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific).
Show data now uses the watch's storage area to eliminate redundant Internet calls when switching back to the watchface.  [as] now only checks the schedule once a day (if schedule not already loaded, or if current schedule is obsolete).
To do: "loading..." notification when retrieving data from the Internet.
