Fixed: Watchface did not redraw correctly when regaining focus, i.e. after notifications.
Now compatible with Pebble Time Round.
Bugfixes:
- Screen was always inverted for a brief moment on program start
- Invert display setting got lost on program start

The watchface is still mostly b/w and I am not sure yet if I want to keep it that way. I need to play with my Pebble Time some more. A bit of color might be nice, especially with the bright background setting. We'll see.
Finally fixed the bug that broke the settings page.
New option: Small digital display. Allows for a slightly bigger hour hand.
Added option for hour arc vs. hour hand.
Slightly nicer default values.

Added a subtle battery indicator.
Configuration page now remembers current settings.
