The app is an unicode version of phone-remote interface. It can display unicode name of incoming call, and remote controls your phone to pick up or hang off the call. Or hang off the call and sending a SMS. 
It's only working with "Pebble Messenger".

This is an application that lets you send all notifications to your Pebble smart watch with your home language's characters and emoji. Chinese, Korean, Russian, Hebrew,Japanese,etc.You can select which notification you want to display.

The application is base on Pebble Notifier (by Dattas Moonchaser) and Pebble Notifier International by (Tiago R. Espinha). 

This pebble-app is rewritten by Yang Tsao according to the source code by Tiago R. Espinha   , compatible with pebble2.0. Because of using same UUID, you can continue using pebble-notifier-international (app for Android to display unicode character notify on pebble)  just install this app on your pebble. Now it can display Chinese characters!
