This app provides play by play accounts of MLB games in progress. The watch vibrates to alert you of changes in the game being followed. It checks for updates every 30 seconds, but you can trigger it by flicking your wrist.

It seems to work for the group stages, but I'll update the app for the round of 16 as not all the same data is required. The key limits it to 50 requests per minute, so if you're encountering problems getting data let me know.
