This takes the time translates it into words. It doesn't just tell the time on the five-minute marks. If it is just a minute past it adds "-ish" to the time, like it is "Five-ish after Three".  If it os 3:07, the watch will say "A bit after Five-ish after Three". For 3:03 the time will be "About Five after Three" and for 3:04 it will say "Almost Five after Three".
