Colours change every 3 hours or so. 

9AM - 12PM - GREEN
3PM -6PM  - BLUE
6PM - 9PM - RED

Rest of Time - Orange

2pm-4pm - Charmander
5pm-7pm - Pikachu
8pm-10pm - Vulpix
