Row 1–5 Content — 36 options per row including time, date, year, battery, steps, distance, active minutes, heart rate, weather, calendar week, weekday, seconds, and dual-value combos (each with left/right alignment variants)
Number of Columns — 4 or 5
Randomize Padding Zeros — replace padding zeros with random digits 1–9
