Formatting is: HH:MM:00:24
I used 00 instead of seconds to prevent battery draw. 24 is where the frame number usually goes in a timecode, but instead of drawing battery, writing code, and doing math to make a 24fps counter on a watch face, I just put the number 24.

DOES NOT WORK ON BLACK AND WHITE DISPLAYS
