Through configuration page, user can
- set background color
- set text color
- enable to show date
- enable to show bluetooth connection icon
- enable to show battery level and icon
- enable to vibrate when bluetooth connection lost
- enable hourly vibration (turn off by default)
- enable to show phone battery level if phone browser supports(it seems only android supports in the meantime)
