added support for Pebble Time Round and Pebble Time 2

Still working on adding full config features but for now it supports custom colors, 24 hour, and optional date!

This is the Dot Matrix Circuit Watchface, my first watchface posted to the Pebble Appstore. I plan to eventually add a few more features to it, such as date and hopefully the weather.
