Improved initial update stability
- Initial update now performed automatically after 2 secs; this should resolve any 'infinite update' issues when starting the app
- Using more aggressive GPS settings (10 sec timeout, 10 sec data age) to improve accuracy

Added several new features:
  - can now manually choose from the closest bus stops ('*' next to bus stop name on main page indicates manual selection)
    1. press middle button to go to selection screen
    2. up/down to select
    3. middle button to confirm selection
 - now showing up to 21 next buses (7 per page, use up/down buttons to flip pages)
 - shake watch to trigger update
 - different bus lines are highlighted by individual background colors to allow for faster scanning of next buses list
 - improved update status info
 - updates now triggered automatically every 30 seconds
