now with a splash of colour, and the rotated temp - via effects library [thanks to yuriy galanter et al].

in invert mode only the time area is inverted.

similar to my other '90 degrees' designs, however this has:
 - 3 letter month
 - no 0 in 12h mode
 - re-positioned, bigger, realistic weather icons


sept 2 - added seconds option.  bolder temp font.  updated some numbers.
